Claire brings over 25 years of esthetician experience to Darien. She is licensed in many states as well as Great Britain, and specializes in gentle full body waxing and facial services for both men and women, including the male Brazilian wax.
She has worked in high end spas such as the Four Seasons in Newport Beach, California, and in casual, fun salons in Florida and NYC. Her waxing and skin care education comes from England and California, and she trained in dermaplaning in Beverly Hills on real life models.

05 · Before you wax
A few things
to know.
Not sure which service is right for you? Text or call Claire and she will help you decide.
- How long should my hair be?
- About 2 to 3 weeks of growth after shaving, roughly the size of a grain of rice.
- I take Accutane. Can I be waxed?
- Not while you are taking it. You need to be off Accutane for at least 4 months before waxing.
- I use a topical Retin-A.
- No face waxing if you have applied Retin-A in the last 7 days.
- I have very sensitive skin.
- Come in for a consultation first. A patch test is done behind the ear before any lash tint.
